Kwang Dah Enterprises Co.,Ltd was founded in 1971, with more than 30 years' experience manufacturing pharmaceutical packing machines. Based on its rich experience with liquid filling ,plugging, and capping ,it has developed an integrated liquid filler for 2cc-60cc volume containers available for processing
liquid filling , plugging and capping for eye drops , vials and oval solutions. The
KDL-980DP, KDL-980DG,and KDL-980DV machine have double lines while theKDL-980SP and KDL-980SG have single lines.

The housing and surface are covered with stainless steel. All liquid contacts are made from a corrosion resistant stainless steel 316 .Preventing particles be created adopt ceramic filling piston and cylinder. Liquid filling volume to be
adjusted flexibly and precisely. The liquid filler has adopted two processing
stages available for a gradual upward movement from the bottom of the bottle,
to prevent spills and the forming of foam. It is available for filling nitrogen.

The capping system include cap vibrating feeding and capping with torque limiter that ensure caps are tightened.

The electronic devices of this machine are controlled by an intelligent PLC,
ensuring that no bottles are feeder, not liquid is filled ,no liquid is filled ,not
plugs are inserted, no plugs are inserted, not caps are capped .It helps the
whole production procedure remain smooth with control over quality.

FEATURES:
	1.	Automatic Liquid Filling, Plugging & Capping Machine is designed for automatic filling, inner plugging and capping onto small containers (eye drop ,vial, cosmetics).
	2.	Compact combination set of bottle feeding , Nitrogen air filling ,liquid filling ,plugging & capping machine, providing labor savings & low space requirement.
	3.	Accurate volumetric filling designed by ceramic cylindrical pistons , filling tolerance is within ±1%.
	4.	Ceramic filling piston and cylinder: able to wear away freely,able to be contaminated freely, with free particles and able to be cleaned easily.
	5.	The housing and surface are covered with stainless steel.All liquid contacts are made from corrosion resistant stainless steel 316,meeting the standards of CGMP.
	6.	Labor saving:The fillers have two container feeding systems.An automatic vibrating feeding system has been adopted in one , and an automatic turntable feeding system in the other.(option)
	7.	Optional nitrogen filling device.
	8.	The liquid filler has adopted two filling stages available for a gradual upward movement from the bottom of the bottle to prevent spills and the forming of foam.
	9.	Two inner plug feeding vibrator,ensure inner plug insert into bottle mouth smoothly.
	10.	The capping system include cap vibrating feeding and capping with torque limiters that ensure caps are tightened.
	11.	Automatic stop device for no bottle , no plug , no cap , low air pressure.
	12.	Equipped with a torque limiter under the star wheel, in case machine stops due to crash of the container on the star wheel which in turn then protects the Index device.
	13.	This machine is controlled by a PLC,ensuring that no bottles are feeded, not liquid is filled , no liquid is filled , not plugs are inserted, no plugs are inserted not caps are capped.
