Kwang Dah Enterprises Co.,Ltd was founded in 1971, with more
than 30 years' experience manufacturing pharmaceutical packing
machines. Based on its rich experience with liquid filling
,plugging, and capping ,it has developed an integrated liquid
filler for 2cc-60cc volume containers available for processing liquid filling , plugging and capping for eye drops , vials and oval solutions. The KDL-980DP, KDL-980DG,and KDL-980DV machine have double lines while theKDL-980SP and KDL-980SG have single lines.
The housing and surface are covered with stainless steel. All
liquid contacts are made from a corrosion resistant stainless
steel 316 .Preventing particles be created adopt ceramic filling
piston and cylinder. Liquid filling volume to be The capping system include cap vibrating feeding and capping with torque limiter that ensure caps are tightened.
