KDV-7 is integrated two units KDC-101(Counter Machine), conveyor, feeding bottle turn table, automatic capping machine and electrical control to reach tablet automatic counting, bottle capping line.  The system available to link with other packing machine to connect fully automatic tablet / capsule counting line; it could cost down labor power 3- 5 persons, less labors expenditure.

KDV-7 has been developed to process tablet/ capsule counting packing line, it's very suitable to pharmaceutical, nutrition, food, cosmetic industries.

Applicable industry：Pharmacy, Biotechnology, Health Supplements, Nutritional Supplements, natural food…etc.

9. Very flexible line to adjust from one size bottle to another size bottle within 30 minutes.
10. Very flexible and easy to change parts for different types of cap.

 Other packing machines and cartoning machines can be connected to this machine as an integral packing line to meet the special customer's requirements.
